Our experience includes traditional credit unions and community banks, state and federal charters, banks with financial inclusion and community development focuses, and banks with little or aged technology. We have taken financial institutions from poor condition to successful condition and beyond. We have designed and managed the development of core banking software, loan processing, and loan decisioning model systems. We have created and implemented training programs and developed staff that have made successful careers at the institutions we've managed. And much, much more!

I am a qualified C-Suite and Board-Level Executive with over 35 years of experience in banking, finance, fintech and business. I am strategy-minded with a hands-on approach and have proven success in the areas of compliance and risk management, training, project management, product development, business development, IT, marketing, operations, consumer lending and account servicing, branch operations, and corporate governance. I have extensive experience drafting and implementing customized policies, procedures and training materials. I’m looking to use my experience to help community banks, credit unions and small businesses develop competencies in these and other areas.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the luxury of working for and with people who saw my potential, valued my work ethic, and were willing to invest in my development. I believe a manager or leader is only as good as the staff they manage or lead. It’s important to see potential in people and foster it. I’ve tried to make sure I’ve been that kind of leader that holds nothing back and invests fully in the staff that have worked for me.
